29 CFR 1910.30(b)(1): (b) Equipment hazards. (1) The employer must train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment: On or about May 22, 2019 the employer had not provided training to each employee utilizing self-supporting ladders and/or work benches on the proper usage, such as, but not including, not overextending and/or reaching out beyond the side rails of the ladder, not standing on the top cap and/or top step of any stepladder.
