29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2): Operator(s) were not trained and instructed in the safe method of work before starting work on mechanical power press(es): a) On or about 06/03/19 in the Press Department; employees were exposed to a caught between hazard during the use of the coil feeder power presses, such as but not limited to, Press 33, 58, 29, 52, when they were not aware of all the functional features, advance, reverse, clamp and unclamp, on the coil feeder pendant.
