29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: The employer does not ensure the floor or each workroom is being maintained, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the overhaul shop, standing water was present in the middle of the shop floor and exposes employees to slip hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure the floor is being maintained, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.
