29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) This violation occurred on or about April 18, 2019, at a workplace located at 2222 Lonnecker Drive, Garland, TX in the Hot Melt department, where employees using an air hose to clean the Kraton Grinder (grater) and did not ensure the energy control annual inspections of the lockout/tagout procedures were followed.
