29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a. 1200 Airport Road, Unit D, North Brunswick, NJ - Product Development The employer did not conduct annual inspections of energy control procedures. Employees engaged in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment that included, but was not limited to a Kanara tablet compression machine, did not complete lockout/tagout procedures prior to beginning the operation and were not audited at least annually to ensure that the procedures were adequate to control all sources of hazardous energy. Violation occurred on or about April 19, 2019
