29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected: Facility: On or about April 1, 2019, employees in the batch making area dispensed flammable liquids, such as but not limited to toluol (toluene) and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), from metal 55 gallon drums into containers that were not bonded and grounded. RBC Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.106(e)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270859, citation number 1 , item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 3/23/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Cypress Street, Warwick, RI 02888.
