29 CFR 1917.27(b)(2): The required accident prevention course did not consist of instructions suitable for the particular operations involved: a. On or about March 31, 2019, at the JAXPORT Marine Terminal, Dock JGIT, Pier 34/35, while conducting cargo loading operations for Motor Vessel Zim Tianjin, the employer did not provide a Stevedoring Superintendent with an accident prevention course that consisted of instructions suitable for conducting a "Pull Out" work practice, exposing 6 employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
