29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit.": (a) On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fire hazards where approximately 275 gallons of flammable crude waste are stored in the basement area with double exit doors that do not have an exit sign at or near 301 Second Street West in Williston, North Dakota.
