29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. On or about March 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, for employees required to operate press brakes, the employer did not ensure the use of and/or the availability of special hand tools to permit easy handling of material without the employee placing a hand in the danger zone. This exposed employees to caught-in/caught-between hazards.
