29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cord and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. Meat Box Cooler, Outside Wall. On or about March 11, 2019, a flexible heating cable was run from an electrical box on the outside of the cooler through a hole in the cooler wall. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns from arcing and electrical fires. There is no abatement documentation or certification required for this item.
