29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: a) On or about 02/26/2019, throughout establishment, employees were exposed to fall hazards when walking on the conveyor belts to perform regular job duties, which did not have an adequate guardrail system. The guardrail was missing the midrails, exposing employees to fall hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
