29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. The employer had not instructed employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe electrical conditions at the jobsite, 2nd floor of an office building at 4620 Wesley Ave, Cincinnati, on January 21, 2019, while employees were replacing florescent light fixtures and installing LED light fixtures.
