29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3): Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment. On or about January 31, 2019, employer did not enforce the use of personal protective equipment such as welding personal protective equipment and but not limited to transparent face shields or goggles. This condition exposed employee to fire hazards.
