29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): There was not at least one fire extinguisher located adjacent to stairways on each floor of a multistory building: a) Building 247 third floor: On or about 01/16/2019, a fire extinguisher was not provided adjacent to each of the (4) four stairways of the multistory building. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
