OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a. On or about January 14, 2019, and at times thereto, employees were using multiple spreader beams in the building to lift precast structures with the cranes. The employer did not ensure that the load ratings were marked on the beams, exposing employees to a crushed-by hazard while loading the beams.
