29 CFR 1926.454(c): The employer had reason to believe that an employee lacked the skill or understanding needed for safe work involving the erection, use or dismantling of scaffolds, and the employer did not retrain such employee so that the requisite proficiency was regained: a) Supported Scaffold Northwest Entrance - On or about January 8, 2019, employees working from a Biljax brand supported scaffold and a Hydro Mobile brand mason's adjustable scaffold were not retrained after a fall occurred from the scaffold systems which did not comply with portions of Subpart L.
