29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training regarding load manipulation, stacking, and unstacking: Boat Shop: On, or about, December 12, 2018, powered industrial truck training provided by the employer did not include site specific tasks such as lifting a moving boats. The training material that was used addressed common tasks such as lifting and moving pallets, loading and unloading trucks at a loading dock and rack storage. Site specific operations that were unique to the Boat Shop were not addressed either in the video presentation or hands-on practical portion of the training program.
