29 CFR 1910.23(b)(1): Ladder rungs, steps, and cleats were not parallel, level, and uniformly spaced when the ladder is in position for use: a) EZ-Step Deck Ladder: On or about December 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the ladder was setup and used with the ladder rungs (i.e. non-slip working surfaces) level to the ground which exposed employees to injuries associated with falls up to approximately 56-inches.
