Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001B Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. The employer is failing to protect employees from egress hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 10, 2019, when the emergency exit route was not at least 28 inches wide by the door directly north of the employee entrance, door FD-27. The exit access was limited to 22 inches as forklift operators had left metal bins containing parts in front of the emergency exit door.
