29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) Bron Tapes Inc. located at 875 Ellsworth Ave. Denver, CO 80223: On and preceding December 3, 2018 the employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. Employees perform maintenance, tooling changes and servicing of equipment which includes but is not limited to tape slitter machines and rewind machines. During maintenance, tooling changes and servicing, unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury. The exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
