29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: (a) North building - On or about November 28, 2018 the employer had not performed adequate training for employees who are affected when energy control procedures are applied to the Farrell Compound Mixer exposing employees to amputation hazards from energy sources such as but not limited to electrical and kinetic energy while performing tasks including but not limited to start-up, maintenance, servicing, and jam clearing.
