29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Shop - On or about 11/20/2018, employees work with hazardous chemicals: -Safety Kleen, a flammable liquid - with contained petroleum distillate -NES All-Blend, an irritant - which contained 1,2-ethanediol Diethlyene glycol -Acetylene, a flammable gas - which contained Sodium Metasilicate Pentahybrate, Sodium Carbonate; -Castle Shop Solv., a flammable liquid - which contained Ethanol, Methanol and Carbon Dioxide; -Blue Mountain Non-chlorinated Brake Cleaner - a flammable liquid, poison -which contained Acetone, Toluene, Methyl Alcohol and Carbon Dioxide. The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each of these hazardous chemicals. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
