29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Facility, 1003 Corporate Lane, Export, PA: On or about November 13, 2018, three employees were working on several roofs at heights above 6 feet and the employer did not have a fall protection training program to make them aware of the hazards of working at heights and how to protect themselves from falling.
