29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) On or about 10/27/2018 - Soft & Moist Department at Extruder #3, the energy control procedures did not specify that the power panel located to the far left of the machine,had a knife switch that must be thrown to the off position to shut down the extruder motor prior to applying a lockout device.
