29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:; Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person: NB Siding Construction LLC at 2152 Fountain Cir. Erie, CO 80516: On or before 11/1/18 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that a pump jack scaffold was not erected, dismantled or altered under the supervision of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration. An employee fell 15 feet after the scaffold decking gave way under him. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 15 feet.
