29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance was not being conducted at least once every three years: a) Worksite: Employees were authorized to operate powered industrial trucks such as, but not limited to, Crown lift and electric pallet jack, without having received performance evaluations in over three years; on or about 10/31/18. b) Worksite: Employees were authorized to operate powered industrial trucks such as, but not limited to, Crown lift and electric pallet jack, without having received performance evaluations in over three years; on or about 4/18/19. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
