29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposure areas. (a. On or about October 30, 2018 the employer did not develop or maintain a housekeeping program that explained when and how loose peanuts were to be cleaned from under trailers that were unloaded prior to the trailers, exposing employees to crushing and struck by hazards.
