29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, the concrete floors inside of the Bio Area, Autoclave Conveyor, Autoclave Dock Area, and the Republic Compactor, were not maintained in a dry condition. Mats or the equivalent were not provided. This violation was noted on 10/16/18.
