29 CFR 1910.38(f)(1): The employer failed to review the emergency action plan with each employee covered by the plan when the plan is developed or the employee is assigned initially to a job; a) 50 Howard Street, Piscataway, NJ 08854 - Stericycle/Warehouse The employer did not provide training on the site-specific Emergency Action Plan to temporary contractor employees who handled containers, drums and boxes containing hazardous waste chemicals such as but not limited to flammables such as xylene, isopropyl alcohol and aerosols; corrosives such as nitric, sulfuric and hydrochloric acid; and electronic and battery wastes. Violation occurred on or about 11/5/18. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
