29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in accordance with paragraph (l) of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with operating a forklift. This was most recently documented on or about 10/02/18 at the Well Watch, LLC facility located at 13937 Hwy 283, Ness City, Kansas 67560. The employer did not have a forklift training program to be used when providing training to each forklift operator in accordance with paragraph (l) of this section.
