29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) MM Packaging Products, Inc, located at 3915 N. Garfield Ave., Loveland, CO 80538: On and preceding 4 October, 2018, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. Employees perform maintenance, tooling changes and cleaning of Hendrick beam saw. The energy control program provided by the employer showed a procedure for periodic inspection of the Hazardous energy control program, however, no documentation was provided to indicate that inspections have been completed. The following condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
