Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.: 1). On or about 10/01/2018, at the Ty Cell part of building, employee(s) engaged in drilling operations using a 20" Shop Fox Drill Press, Model #M1039, with an unguarded chuck and drill bit used for drilling Titanium parts with different shapes and sizes. 2). On or about 10/01/2018, at the Ty Cell part of building, employee(s) engaged in drilling operations using a 20" Jet Drill Press, Model #J-2550, Serial #14071870, with an unguarded chuck and drill bit used for drilling Titanium parts with different shapes and sizes. 3). On or about 10/01/2018, at the Ty Cell part of building, employee(s) engaged in drilling operations using a 20" Arboga Machine Drill Press, 5/8 chuck, with an unguarded chuck and drill bit used for drilling small parts. 4). On or about 10/01/2018, at the Ty Cell part of the building, employee(s) engaged in drilling operations using a drill press, illegible Model/Serial numbers, with an unguarded chuck and drill bit used for drilling small parts.
