29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC - McComb, Ohio: On or about September 27, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the chain and sprocket, used to move the conveyor flights of the Doboy wrapper machine (s/n 80-11361) located at line 9, were guarded to protect employees from being injured by the moving parts. Hearthside Food Solutions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081991, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 312 Rader Rd., McComb, Ohio 45858.
