On September 27, 2018, the employer did not implement feasible engineering controls, or enforce administrative controls for an employee exposed to H2S at a level that exceeded the unloaded a tanker that contained poultry blood where H2S exceeded the maximum peak ceiling of 50 ppm in Table Z-2 while unloading a blood tanker.
