29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii): The employer did not establish and implement an assured equipment grounding conductor program. This violation was most recently observed on or about August 29, 2018 at the Sterling Shipyard located in Port Neches, Texas when the employer did not establish and implement an assured equipment grounding program to ensure all cord sets, receptacles which were not a part of the building or structure, and equipment connected by cord and plug to be visually inspected and tested periodically for proper grounding requirements.
