29 CFR 1926.451(b)(4): Each end of a platform, not cleated or otherwise restrained by hooks or equivalent means, did not extend over the centerline of its support at least 6 inches (15 cm): a) At the jobsite, on or about August 17, 2018, an employee performing wood framing work while standing on a scaffold platform that had unsecured ends that did not extend over the centerline of its support at least 6 inches, resulting in a fall hazard of up to 22 feet.
