Mixer(LHY-0.5) EX-Factory No:2013111801 (17 cubic foot mixer), in the Mixing Room, and its associated electrical system were not approved for Class 2, Division 1 operations and not approved for usage with Magnesium (Combustible Metals) Powder. b) On or about July 31, 2018, the electronic platform scale in the Weighing Area used for weighing batch amounts of Magnesium Powder and its associated electrical system were not approved for Class 2, Division 1 operations and not approved for usage with Magnesium (Combustible Metals) Powder.
