29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. On or about July 31, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a training program and ensure an employee had participated in the program prior to allowing the employee to engage in metal decking work activities. This exposed the employee to a fall greater than 15 feet to the ground below.
