29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical or inclined shafting seven -7 feet or less from floor or working platform was not enclosed with stationary casing: a) Water Ice Production Room - The employer did not ensure that all vertical shafting leading to the augers in the flavor mixing tanks were properly guarded exposing the employees to amputation hazards.
