29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, the following specific procedural st0pes for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) On or about July 20, 2018, the employer had not documented equipment specific procedural steps for isolating electrical and kinetic energy for the rotating belts and pulleys on the ER-3 Air Return Fan and Air Supply Fan. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records
