29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) Construction site, Madison Lansdale Station apartments, 2nd floor - On or about June 27, 2018, an employee using a rope as part of a personal fall arrest system had the snap hook connected directly back to the rope to provide anchorage around a toe nailed 2x4 stud.
