29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed: a) Advanced Construction and Design Services, LLC: On or about April 11-12, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1650 W. Irving Park Rd. Chicago, Illinois, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were exposed during Class I asbestos work including the removal of thermal system insulation containing 18-35 % chrysotile asbestos.
