29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Gopfert machine - On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, a fire extinguisher was not properly mounted. It was placed on the ground, not properly marked or easily accessible for employees to use in case of a fire; exposing employees to fire hazards.
