29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On June 12, 2018 at the 4244 Hwy U, Whitewater, MO farm building construction site, fall protection was not used during installation of metal roofing panels. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
