29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a.) BPC Management Group, LLC dba Turning Point Chemical Dependency Treatment Center, Water room area, on or about June 13th, 2018, and times prior thereto: The employer did not complete the personal protective equipment hazard assessment for the entire job process performed in the Water room area of the facility. A hazard assessment was not conducted for employees that performed work tasks including, but not limited to, pouring, handling, and/or transferring of sodium hypochlorite during water treatment operations.
