29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1): Gear(s) were not guarded by a complete enclosure or by one of the methods specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(ii) and (f)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that the drive gears were completely enclosed, on a full revolution continuous operation power press, identified as priming unit #5, located in the Primer Manufacturing Area. Employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with nip points when accessing the point of operation from the back of the machine.
