29 CFR 1926.417(a): Controls. Controls that are to be deactivated during the course of work on energized or deenergized equipment or circuits shall be tagged. (a) Katherine Pointe - On or about May 26, 2018 employer failed to protect workers from electrical shock when an employee was allowed to work on an Elite Gate Operator control panel circuit that was not de-energized and tagged.
