29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) At the facility, where an operator had not received energy control training. Operators are exposed to caught-in hazards when removing jammed bags from the bagging chute of the Hayssen Ultima, machine number Poly 8, serial number 052880. Riviana Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110511, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 716 North 2nd St in Alvin, Texas.
