29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking working surface; where the top edge height exceeded 45 inches (114 cm), the guardrail system did not meet all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section (see Figure D-11 of this section). On or about 5/15/2018 at 1298 Old Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta, GA, workers were exposed to fall hazards of 11-feet, 4-inches to the concrete lower level from the mezzanine during activities including but not limited to walking and working in the immediate area of the sagging chains which were measured with 10-inches of flexion.
