29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(iv): Employee(s) approached a feller closer than two tree lengths of trees being felled without the feller acknowledging that it was safe to do so: a) Brown's Lawn & Tree Service, LLC at 1418 Pinewood Court, Bellefontaine, Ohio: On or about May 8, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were prohibited from approaching a felling operation within two tree lengths. Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards from tree felling operations taking place on the residential lot.
